And what a start! Jim Carrey booked The Live Karaoke Band to celebrate his time in London filming Kick Ass 2, hiring the Thames party boat Erasmus for fellow global superstars Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, Clark Duke, Donald Faison and Steven Mackintosh and director Jeff Wadlow.

There was no let up in December as the rockaoke kings played a private party for Birmingham FC Manager Lee Clark and a Christmas extravaganza to over 3,500 party goers at the world famous Tobacco Docks for Thomson Reuters, as well as a return to the Thames for Pepsi’s Christmas party.

2013 was a special year for the band, reaffirming their proven experience in corporate entertainment: Mars, Microsoft, River Island, RBS WorldPay and communications giant EE all chose The Live Karaoke Band over the competition.

Their reputation as the best wedding band crossed The Channel with the band driving 700 miles in one day, immediately after their show for Microsoft, to play an exclusive wedding at Chamonix in the south of France, with Caterham Champion Mark Priddy’s talented hands at the wheel.

They also had a three day residency at The Isle Of Wight Festival this year, with The Metro citing The Live Karaoke Band as one of the Top Ten highlights at the festival.

And, of course, we were honoured to be asked back for a fourth consecutive year to The Rewind Festival, opening this year’s proceedings with Doctor and The Medics.

And it doesn’t stop there.

The Live Karaoke Band are proud to be playing a Halloween special for Sky TV in London on 31 October.
