We offer three core live band packages, based on audience size and production level. All prices below include a full professional PA sound system suitable for the event size.

Samurai – from £2,095
Our most popular option (up to around 150 guests)

Shogun – from £2,795
Designed for larger events (up to around 250 guests)
5-piece live band with enhanced production and sound system
Emperor – from £3,245
Our flagship package for large or premium events (250+ guests)
5-piece live band with full concert-grade production and sound
These prices are a realistic guide for most UK bookings.
Final pricing depends on location, timings, and optional extras.
What you get with every package
No matter which package you choose, you’ll get:
- A fully live, professional band
- Experienced performers and singers
- A sound system appropriate for your event
- Technical setup and sound engineer
- Standard live performance set
- Two special song requests learned free of charge
- Fully insured, PAT-tested equipment
Remember, you're booking direct from the band so there are no hidden administrative fees or commissions - the core price genuinely gets the band on stage, sounding great.
Optional extras
Some events require additional time, travel, or services. These are only added when applicable, and we’ll always explain them clearly in advance in your quote.
Performance and music options
- DJ service (before/after the band): £150
- Extra performance hour: £150
- Three additional song requests (beyond the included two): £150
Timings
- Early arrival (before 3pm): £150 per hour
- Late finish (after midnight): £150 per hour
Travel and location
- Travel beyond our local area of Guildford: mileage charged where applicable
- Overnight accommodation: only required for long-distance or late-night events
- City centre / London events: may include additional costs such as parking, congestion or emissions charges, and city-specific allowances
Catering
- Rider buyout, only applied if catering is not provided for the band: £100
