Employees from ComVort took part in instrumental tuition, group rehearsal and performance, including people with no previous musical experience.
A team building event built around live music
The event was designed to be inclusive, collaborative and enjoyable. Participants were split into groups by instrument, including drums, bass, guitar, keyboards and vocals, and each group received guidance from an experienced tutor. The aim was not technical perfection. It was to give people the confidence to take part, support one another and build something together as a team.
The songs were carefully chosen and arranged so that even complete beginners could learn simple but effective parts that contributed to an authentic live performance.
From rehearsal to performance at Abbey Road Studios
The day was divided into two main sections: instrumental tuition followed by group rehearsal and performance. The event ended with a live show from The Live Karaoke Band, giving everyone the chance to enjoy the atmosphere of a real performance in an iconic setting.
