After performing at major venues such as Rewind Festival, the Isle of Wight Festival, on the Thames for Jim Carrey and even at Abbey Road Studios, this was the first time the band had performed in a cow shed.

The event was a surprise birthday party held in one of the farm’s buildings, where Mark Kellie booked The Live Karaoke Band to celebrate his wife’s birthday. It was also the third time the band had performed for the family, having previously been booked for wedding celebrations as well. That repeat booking is a strong sign of how well the format works for private events and rustic venues alike.
